Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without having to provide a reason. The cancellation period lasts fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

 

To exercise your right to cancel the contract, you must inform us of your decision by making a clear declaration of your intention (e.g. by sending us a letter, fax, or e-mail). Our contact details are as follows:

The notice period shall be deemed to have been observed if you send the correspondence informing us of your desire to exercise your right to cancel the contract before the cancellation period expires.

 

The consequences of cancelling the contract
If you cancel this contract, any payments we have received from you, including payment for delivery costs (except any additional costs resulting from your decision to select a different form of delivery to the cheapest standard delivery we offer) must be returned to you immediately and no later than fourteen days after receipt of your correspondence informing us of your decision to cancel the contract. When making the repayment, we will use the same means of payment used by you for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any costs as a result of this repayment. We may withhold the repayment until any goods have been returned to us or until you have provided us with proof that you have sent the goods back to us, whichever comes first.

 

You must send back or hand over the goods immediately and no later than fourteen days after you have informed us of your decision to cancel the contract. The notice period is deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the cancellation period expires. You are responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with returning the goods.

 

You only have to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to any unnecessary handling of the goods to check the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.

 

If you asked for the service to begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us a fee proportionate to the services already provided up until the point you exercised your right to cancel the contract when compared to the entire services provided for in the contract.
